Problems with the Site:

If you are having a hard time posting your member application, it's most likely due to the fact that you either have not made an account yet with the Forum or are not signed in.

Please ensure that you create first an account with the site, and are logged in, before sending in any member application.

I have had to talk through the application process to numerous people who didn't understand why they weren't able to post their app. on the site.
And this was the problem.
