Full / Half / Free lot Information

General Rules:
1. You can only lot if you have Priority.
2. You cannot lot on any item for the first 4 god nights.
3. You can only pass on items 3 times.
You should remove your item from the wishlist if you really don't want it for a while.
This prevents unwanted dispersement of an item to those not interested.
4. If you pass on an item, you cannot lot on this same item if it goes Free For Lot.
If you passed it, you passed it.
However, if it drops off a different pop, its offered to you again.



Non-Equippable Item Lot Policy:
In order to lot on Wishlist Items, you must have the relevant job already at 70+.
It is not necessary to be able to equip it, as long as your job is 70+.
However, with Half-Point and Free-Lot Items, players =NEED= to be able to equip the item. If players are found to not be able to equip Half-Point or Free-Lot Items, they will be penalized.

Full Lot Item Information:
1. You need to have a job that can equip item at 70+ to lot full-lot items.
2. Full points are priority. When you have most points, you are offered the item first.


Half Lot Item Information:
Half Point Items are offered when:
- this item does not Appear on anyone's Wishlist.
- everyone who has the relevant item on their Wishlist has passed it or is not present at the run.

Those that can lot a Half-Lot Item are:
You can only Half lot if you have a wishlist made up.
- those that can equip the item
- those that have enough points for them to lot it.

Those wanting the same item will lot against each other.
Only the winner will have points deducted.

The points deducted are worth half the value of the normal full point value,
hence Half-Lot Item.


Free Lot Item Information:
You can only FFL if you have a wishlist made up.
Those wanting a Free-Lot Item need to be able to equip it.
When no member wishes to pay points for an item, the item goes up for FFL to all members. Yes, this means you don't need to trade in points for that relevant item.
