Here is a brief overview of the different roles of jobs within Sky;

PLD - You need: Echo drops, Food (ex tav taco) and Ninja sub. A magic defense gearset is a good investment also for Suzaku and Kirin.

SAM - You need: Food and Thief sub. You will be expected to perform Skillchains on Gods.

DRK - You need: Echos, food and THF sub. You will be expected to participate in a stun order and perform skillchains on Gods.

THF - You need: Echos for Ninja sub, food and Samurai sub for Kirin. You will be expected to perform skillchains on gods.

WAR - You need: Food and Thief sub.

MNK - You need: Echos, food, White mage sub for kirin with the appropriate MND build for chi blast.

BST - You need: Food

DRG - You need: Food and Samurai sub.

RNG - You need: Food

NIN - You need: Echos, food and Dark knight sub.

PUP - You need: Food

DNC - You need: Food

BLU - You need: Echos and food.

BRD - You need: Echos and White mage/Red mage sub. You might be expected to swap around parties, giving different songs to each.

SMN - You need: Echos and White mage sub. Will be expected to buff parties in addition to DD.

WHM - You need: Echos, hmp+/mp food.

RDM - You need: Echos, food, White/Black mage and Dark knight sub. Enfeebling skill build for debuffs on gods.

BLM - You need: Echos, food, elemental skill/macc build for gods. Mkae sure you know which element the god you nuke is and that you nuke the element its weak to, or weaker to. Suzaku is fire based > nuke Water spells. Genbu is water > nuke Ice spells preferrably because of the elemental skill on staff, and Lightning secondary. Seiryu is wind > nuke Ice. Byakko is light based and doesnt really have a weakness besides dark, but Darkness skillchain and Ice MB is very useful, nuke Ice.

SCH - You need: Echos, food, elemental skill/macc build for gods.

COR - You need: Echos if mage sub, food if DD, expect to be swapped around parties giving them different rolls.
